• Claude result-frame enrichment: fast_mode_disabled_reason and per-model canonicalModel/provider identity (billing rate-table selection) now ride a structured ext.anthropic.result-meta event before the turn close.
• OpenAI programmatic tool calling: the 0.14.0 program/program_output arms map to the builtin-tool lifecycle, and the live capture revealed final-round message_output_created arriving after response_done — the phase annotation now rides a dedicated ext.openai.late-phase event on that path.
• Registry/transforms grew accordingly, including the first production use of {*} dynamic-key wildcards for per-model usage paths.
